RCCCanada12!Course materials
Course notes will not be printed. Please download both files ahead of time and bring them on a laptop or tablet so you can follow along. The slides are a large file, so download them at home rather than on site.
What we're serving
Breakfast, lunch and an afternoon coffee break are included both days, served buffet-style. Coffee and tea are on from 8:00 AM.
Vegetarian or a food allergy?
Meals are a set buffet, not individual plates — we just need a head count so we order enough vegetarian dishes. We'll also do our best to work around serious food allergies. Please let us know by Monday, November 2.
How should your name appear?
Everyone who completes both days receives a Certificate of Completion from Dr. Sandweiss. Tell us exactly how you'd like your name printed — including any credentials — by Monday, November 2.
Preview only — check spelling, capitals and credentials. Certificates are presented at the close of Day 2.
